I offer a taster 1:1 which gives you the opportunity to discuss goals whilst I can do a
movement assessment allowing me to design the best program for your unique body.

This is 90 minutes and a £175 investment.

The Newt in Somerset is a place of ‘wonderment’. A countryside escape nestled amongst orchards, lakes, and woodland. They have a one-of-a-kind yoga studio and gym outlooking a vegetable patch which is the main produce for the food in the hotel. Book your stay and come practice in this beautiful place with Olivia. She teaches a slow flow practice on Friday afternoons; a perfect way to begin your weekend.

One of the world’s leading yoga studios with top yoga teachers. All locations are beautiful spaces which facilitate the space to heal.  Triyoga has four locations spread across London. Olivia teaches Hot Yoga in an infrared heated room with a set sequence which is hugely beneficial especially if working alongside injuries or to strengthen the immune system. She also teaches Vinyasa Yoga which is a sequence that incorporates fluid movement.
