OLIVIA GUNN
I am a London personal trainer who specialises in working with women including prenatal and postnatal. I have worked worldwide with some of the top coaches and physios in their respective fields; including gymnastics, crossfit and yoga. Through multi-disciplines I have gained valuable knowledge of how each unique body works; movement patterns; weakness and injuries This has allowed me to create programs with sustainable results.
I teach vinyasa and hot yoga at Home Wellness; a new studio in Primrose Hill opened by the founder of Triyoga, Jonathan Sattin. I continue to teach at Triyoga Chelsea as well as the renowned countryside escape: the Newt in Somerset. I also offer one of my own workout classes in Highgate twice a week.

I am passionate about optimising health through lifestyle. In our busy worlds there is so much stimulus and I believe it’s more important than ever to disconnect from the every day stresses and reconnect with our mind and bodies through movement and breath. I understand the importance of having time to yourself, whether that is through working out, yoga or meditation. My love for a balanced lifestyle is what drives me in my quest to help others. I know the mental and physical effects when life does not have this balance.
